AEGEE-Լաս Պալմասը դեկտեմբերին կազմակերպել էր մի ծրագիր, որն ուղղված կամավորական աշխատանքին և կոչվում էր “Preserving Our Future: From the Roots to the Froots”: Դեռ սեպտեմբերին էր հայտնի Լաս Պալմաս գնացողների կազմը: Սկսեց դեսպանատուն-տուրիստական գործակալություն-բանկ վազվզոցը: վերջապես մեր վիզաները տվեցին և մենք արդեն օդանավակայանում ենք: Մեր գնալու հենց նախորդ օրը մասնակիցներից մեկը հիվանդացավ և չկարողացավ գալ: Հասանք Լաս Պալմաս, որտեղ հենց օդանավակայանից զգացինք խոնավ օդն ու լավ տրամադրությունը : Ծրագիրը շատ լավ էր կազմակերպված. հաշվարկված էր ամեն մի մանրուք, բոլորի հանդեպ շատ ուշադիր էին, էլ չեմ ասում սննդի մասին, որը ես կասեի նույնիսկ չափից շատ էր:

When the Sunniest in Europe meets the sunniest in Caucasus!

Once AEGEE-Yerevan and AEGEE-Athens decided to do an Youth in Action exchange program together. The program was meant to promote healthy lifestyle and cultural diversity in Europe. From October 13 to 20 nearly 30 young activists from Yerevan and Athens gathered in Yerevan.

Different workshops, team building and sport activities, meetings and intercultural evenings lasted 10 days and managed to unite youngsters from 2 countries.

Each day of the project was fun and full of both theoretical sessions, as well as sport activities with the mixed groups, including volleyball, basketball and football matches. The participants of the project also had a chance to visit the countryside and the most beautiful corners of Armenia, such as Lake Sevan, Garni, Geghard, , Khor Virap, the Holy See of Echmiadzin and had a chance to have traditional Armenian dinner in the beautiful mountainous green city Dilijan.

On the first day of the exchange the participants of the project went to the stadium to watch the World Cup 2014 Qualifier Game between the football teams of Armenia and Italy. Even though the supported Armenian side lost the game, everybody was happy, as even in the stadium the participants had a chance to make a teambuilding.

Keeping up the best traditions of AEGEE the participants of youth exchange made and had a real AEGEE style European dinner during the European Night! The participants presented national dishes, dances, songs. And there isn’t an AEGEE event without stealing a flag. And this time it was the flag of AEGEE-Yerevan!

After the finalization of the results of the project and follow up session the participants were invited by AEGEE-Yerevan to traditional Armenian restaurant and have farewell dinner.

Discover Undiscovered Together with AEGEE-Yerevan

Finally, yes we did it!!! Summer University in Yerevan has made its final start!  20 young people from 15 different countries are already enjoying their 3rd wonderful day in Yerevan.

Preparation works were exhausting and sometimes even hard to handle, but as usual we made it. Now the fun has begun. Are you ready to rock? I guess we all are. During the participants’ stay here, we are not only going to travel around Armenia and see historical monuments and interesting places, but also chill out to our heart content. So surely this is going to be an exclusive summer exchange event, which needs both your informative and exciting charge. So let’s warm up!!!

Agora Enschede – Surprises Non Stop!

3, 2, 1 and the delegates of AEGEE-Yerevan are in Amsterdam, on the way to attend Spring Agora Enschede-the annual statutory event of AEGEE with around 1000 other AEGEE members from all corners of Europe. Excited, happy and cool-those were the words to describe our feelings while we were travelling by train from Amsterdam to Enschede, not only we met part of Comité Directeur in the Central Station of Amsterdam, but also in each train stop we continued collecting AEGEE members and in the end the whole train was full of crazy AEGEEans.

Enschede and University of Twente welcomed us with a great sunny weather not typical for the Netherlands. So many friends meeting each other, so many hugs and kisses!!! So many people you met only on Facebook and all of them are there at the Agora!! What could be more than that to make you feel happy?
