Europe – Yerevan is calling

On the 3rd of December 2011 the Junior Eurovision Song Contest was held in Yerevan: a unique and impressive show, concert and event, during which about 600 European guests visited Yerevan. During the incredible show young representatives of 13 European states presented their songs and contested for the title of the winner of JESC 2011. This was the first such type big European cultural event organized in the South Caucasus so far.

AEGEE-Yerevan, as one of the most active Armenian youth NGO’s, could not miss this unique opportunity to be involved in such big European project, even if as a visitor. So many members of our organization participated in this event as a guests and we would like to present a short interview with one of our Board Member’s Ani Khachatryan, our Local Activities Committee Coordinator, who was sitting in the very first rows at the concert hall and has kindly accepted our suggestion to have a little interview with us and also has shared some exclusive photos with us: Read the rest of this entry
